What is the cost of participation? 
 

Project CHILE offers students a cost effective way to obtain excellent international work experience.  The host companies and the program contribute to help cover the overall cost of the program.

  1. Round-trip airfare from the US to Concepción, Chile
  1. Room and board during internship in Concepción.
  1. WSU tuition, including books and other expenses
    Housing during coursework
  1. A stipend of $100 per month while the student is in Chile (up to $1,000)
** (Companies pay students a  stipend of 180,000 Chilean pesos per month to cover these expenses)
  1. Living expenses in Concepción
* (These funds are available to US citizens only)  
  1. Health and emergency  evacuation insurance during language and internship program
   
  1. Costs associated with preparing and processing a passport and a Chilean student Visa
   
  1. Additional expenses as required
